I have never done Martial Arts and decided to give this a try. I took my first lesson last night and could not believe how much fun it was. It was very structured and professional. The Instructors taught the material in a way that it was easy to learn.
As soon as you enter, you are greeted by smiling faces who are just as excited to have you there are you are to be there. The Instructors were phenomenal. They were so incredibly patient and encouraging, it was a breeze picking it up because there was no pressure. Great job at creating such an inviting atmosphere.
I was nervous coming in for the first time as I am in my 40's and haven't worked out in awhile. The second I walked into the door I felt at home. Everyone was so nice. From the Front Desk to the Instructors to the other Students. I was able to go at my own pace and I had a blast. I highly recommend this place!
